We're expecting #3

The big news from the Baugh home is that we're expecting our 3rd baby! My due date is March 4th, right before Neal takes his boards and right before we move. Ahhhhhhhh! But I am getting more excited now that I'm out of the first tri-mester and feeling back to normal. I go in for my ultra sound in a few weeks so as soon as I have any other news I'll post it.

First day of Pre-School

It was a bitter sweet moment for me as a mom. I think I was the only parent with tears of sadness when I dropped her off. She was so excited she was dressed and ready to go when I got home from running at 7:00. She was waiting by the door for me to get home and didn't want anything for breakfast. She spent the day getting to know all the kids and "doing her homework" as she told me when I went to pick her up. I do miss her in the mornings, but knowing that she loves it there makes it a lot easier for me.

New baby Cardin

Kennedy and Canyon are the best of friends. It was so fun to be able to go visit them, they were so excited to see each other.

Here Fishy Fishy........

Good luck Blake and Amy!

My darling sister-in-law and brother-in-law just moved last weekend to Spokane Washington to start Law School. We were able to spend a week with them in Oregon before they left and had an awesome time. As you can tell from the pictures my kids didn't leave them alone for a minute. I just wanted to wish you guys the best of luck, and I hope you love every minute of it. Although its hard to believe it really does go so fast. We love you guys so much and cant wait to see you at Christmas time. Thanks for all you guys do for my kids, they love you!

Kennedy in her ballet class. I'm outside the door so you cant hear the music but they do their dance to Ariel's song "Kiss the Girl." Miss Erica does such a good job with the girls and Kennedy is in heaven!

Post 4th of July bash!

Quick trip to Philly/New York

With our flight benefits we are taking complete advantage. Over the 4th of July we headed up to visit some friends in Philly. It was so fun to be there on Independence day. We even got to meet up with the Jensen's who we haven't seen for over a year. Kennedy was so excited to see her friend Janzie but when they saw each other they were both so shy the reunion wasn't like I thought it would be.

Kennedy and her friend Emma at the beachHe just loves his sister always trying to mother him :)

Random pictures from Utah

Another one down!

Well a lot has gone on since my last post, but I'll do the best I can to get caught up. Another one of my best friends has left me here in Florida. Shanda has been such a good friend to me and the best running partner ever!!! I miss you so much Shanda but I'm so happy for you and your family. I'll see you soon. Love you!

Date night

I think the last time we went out without our kids was when we went to Wicked 3 months ago. So we got a babysitter and went over to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. They have shops, music, food, a water show and of course the casino. As we were walking through the casino to get outside I put a dollar in the Wheel of Fortune slot and got back 45 bucks. It paid for our night out as well as the babysitter so it was a fun night and best of all it was free!!! Hopefully my luck can carry over when I go to The Price is Right in a couple weeks.
p.s. I'm not pregnant, its just a bad shirt.

Not a good day.........

As I was searching my house today for quarters to do laundry, swearing under my breath because I cant stand not having my own washer and dryer, of course it escalates into thinking about going grocery shopping and having to live on the sixth floor trying to haul groceries up by myself with two kids. Well after much searching I finally found enough quarters in the kids cash register to wash Kennedy's "too much to drink the night before" bedding. As I walked outside my front door I walked out to this............. And then I realized how much I really do love it here. I love my house and cant think of anywhere else I would rather be going to school. (I'm just glad it wasn't pouring rain when I walked outside, that would have been the topper .)Top: view from my balcony
Bottom: view from my front door

Ariel has fins???

For those of you who know my little Kennedy and know how nervous she is about EVERYTHING this is probably the closest thing to moving mountains for her. She went from not even putting her face in the water because she "didn't want to get her hair wet" to THIS????? She is so proud of herself and now insists that we go to the pool everyday. Way to go Kennedy I'm so proud of you, you did it!

My sick boy....

He had such a high fever for about 3 days with no cough, runny nose or anything. I don't know what it was but all he wanted to do was to watch his "Monster show." I felt so bad for him but I did enjoy the fact that for those 3 days all he did was lay around. I cant get him to sit for more than 2 minutes a day.

Kangaroo Zoo

While in Utah my aunt and I took our kids to a place called Kangaroo Zoo. They have tons of bounce houses and glow in the dark mini golf. The kids loved it and it was so nice to sit and have them entertained for hours.

Utah!!!!!!!!!!!!

We went to Utah a few weeks ago to see two new babies. One on Neal's side and one on my side. Neal had finals so we left for the week. It was a pretty short trip considering how long the flight is to get there. I do have to say my kids were pretty good on the flight. These pictures were taken just before Kennedy tried to lift Kyson to sit him on the tray, the tray folded up, she dropped him and he landed all the way under the guys seat in front of her. So I have him crying because he's hurt and her crying because she feels so bad. But after 5 1/2 hours (and thats the non-stop flight) we made it!!!

Before

Unfortunately there isn't much of a before picture due to the fact she really doesn't have much hair to cut. My poor little girl wants hair more than anything but as luck would have it my little boy has 3 times the amount of hair at 1 year than she does. This is her first hair cut at the age of 4 1/2. My aunt and I were joking about putting your baby's first haircut in their baby book, but her first haircut will have to go in her Kindergarten book. We had to cut the ends off and stack it a little in the back so maybe it looks like we are going for a short hairstyle. It looks cute on her and makes her fine and thin hair look a little thick.
